How to Send ServiceNow Logs to External System for Ease of Searching and Analysis?

I have a requirement as shown in below screen shot, can any one let me know how to do it?

You can use Splunk if your company has a subscription for the same.

Also, you can literally integrate ServiceNow with any reporting tool which would take a dump pf your logs into a tool and run analytics on it, for example Power BI. 

Also, there is a ServiceNow Application that may help if you are to download these logs and want to manually feed them into some tools or review them, here this can he;p in that case - Use the log file browser
