How to set a date in a report

I’m looking to create a report that will filter tasks that are within 3 days of being in their ‘planned end date’.

how would be best to write this criteria? There dosent seem to be an option for current date meaning I can’t do - ‘currentdate ’ is less than 4days before ‘planned end date’ .

is there a way to get a realtime date in the filter ? Or what would be the best workaround?
