How to Set Homepage

Hi,

As soon as any user logged in he gets some different page on screen which has no option for 'Add content', I am not able to find that page name to edit it.
How can I change that page, it appears first after getting logged in.
please see attached snapshot to see the way the page looks.

Hi guys,

I have found from where that blank page was coming, it was UI Page with blank name.
As soon as a user gets logged in he finds this page apart from whatever he has configured in glide.login.home.
and that UI Page gets visible to all users as their landing page.
But if I remove blank named UI Page, then after login message comes: 'Form not found'
Now I want to know why after login the system searching for a UI page?
and how can I navigate sytem to set the page which I want according to specific user?
