How to set preferred contact method for On-Call groups.

When navigating to "On-Call Schedules" and looking at the view of all On-Call schedules the HN IT Support Center group previously had text to inform users to contact them via Teams. However, that text seems to have disappeared and there is just a blank space below the primary IT contact's name and the "Roster and escalation details" link. After searching through some of the docs I was unable to find a way to add that text back to the groups on-call "card". Any guidance on how to add the text back would be greatly appreciated. Please see image below for more detail.
The arrow points to the blank space where it used to have text stating to contact the on-call resource via teams.
