How to set Reply To, CC, BCC fields on the email_client

Hi,

How can we set the reply to, to cc, bcc fields using email_client. I have set the email_client=true on the collection dictionary entry. I am not able to see the reply to field auto-populated. How can we set this?

with templates: xxx.service-now.com/sys_email_client_template_list.do

there you need to add either constant email OR use ${FIELD_NAME} for dynamic values.

so which one you are unable to set?

I don't think you can set Reply to using email client

Hello,

You can go to Email client template table and add your entry based on condition add values accordingly
