Good Morning,
SLA Definitions can be found under the following menu
1) Service Level Management > SLA > SLA Definitions
2) Search and Open the SLA Definitions you want to update
3) In the field 'Schedule' is where you set your holidays
4) Open Reference field Schedule
5) Open the Related List at the bottom of the page for the tab: Schedule Entries
6) Add Holidays in the Schedule Entires tab and set Type to Exclude
If the tab Schedule Entries isn't there, configure the form and add it.
I hope that helps
Kind Regards
Ashley

Hi @Ashley,
Let me try it and confirm it but how do i test it? an other thing Is there a better way to do this let me explain you mentioned I have to go to SLA Definition and update the SLA I want to update but if there are 23 SLA i have to go all the 23 sla one by one and update them. Is there a better way to do this in one single place I will update the holiday and the instance will follow including the SLA, change calendar and everything thorough out the instance globally. Have you understood what i am trying to say?

I think so... haha
As long as the other SLA's are all using the same schedule then you just need to update that one schedule with the new holidays.
Always best to do this in a Dev instance first but you can add a test entry i.e. today as a holiday to ensure the SLA's don't run as a test.
But if each SLA is using a different schedule (should be rare) then yes you would need to update each schedule
Kind Regards

Yes, that’s correct.
So technically, there are two steps:
-
Update the Schedule Definition and add the child schedule as a holiday.
-
Update the SLA Definition so you can map it to the correct schedule.
Everything has to be done manually.
