How to show a variable from change request record producer on form

Is there any way to show the variables from change_request record producer on the change request form?
What we need is to be able to show the values entered by the user from the change_request record producer variables on the change request form.

Hi,
If you have added the change request form to Portal then yes you will be able to add the variables as well. Please see the "Ticket Fields" widget for reference.

If we use that widget then we wont be able to edit the values on the variables that was entered on Service Portal. Is there any way to show it on Service Portal which will allow us to edit the values entered if ever.
