How to stop being redirected to the native platform, when trying to showcase the Problem Management Lifecycle in the Service Operations Workspace?

I am trying to showcase Problem Management in the Service Operations Workspace. 

However, when I create the problem, select save and then press 'Continue with Problem', It redirects me to the Native platform/Next Experience Unified Navigation?

I just want to showcase the lifecycle of the Problem record on the Service Operations Workspace without it redirecting me to the native platform? Is this possible to show the lifecycle of a problem record from start to finish on the Service Operations Workspace? If so, how? because it keeps redirecting me when selecting continue with problem.

This is actually supposed to happen, according to the product documentation.

 

"To manage the problem life cycle to apply a permanent fix, you will use the classic (Now Platform) experience."

 

"To manage the life cycle of the problem, click Continue problem.

You are redirected to the Now Platform user interface where you can make state transitions."
