Hi All,
I would like a certain type of email to be ignored and not processed by any of the inbound email action. I am thinking to achieve this with Business rule, i changed the state to received-ignored, mailbox to junk but this did not help. The reason I am not using the property is I would like to check if the subject line has a ticket number in it. If it has a ticket number then let it process or else ignore the email.
Please advice.
Thanks.

There is a plugin named Email Filters where you can add specific information to block emails. Here is screen shot of Ignore sender:

The module is called Filters, and it's found under System Definition.
