How to test catalog in service portal and catalog task state should be closed using ATF

Hi,

I have created catalog item and also workflow is attached to create catalog task but after that i want to closed catlaog task state to closed complete and also validate RITM is also complete or not.

Below are the steps which i created. I do now it will not produce me to expected result please help me for getting result.

Hi,

you want to open sc_task then why to open sc_request at step 6

As per below screen shot i am getting reaching till RITM but now i want to close the catalog task to complete and also i have created workflow to open catalog task once RITM is created.

Please help me with this.

So where are you stuck now?

you can open an existing record for sc_task using condition for RITM

Then click the UI action for closing the task
