I'm trying to translate some fields for multiple languages, more specific this field and the text below it (for example I set the language to French but it's the same in any other language besides English):
As you can see on the screenshot I have enabled the debugger and should now be looking in the Translated Texts table if I understand the online wiki correctly. However I can't find that anywhere. Any help would be more than welcome!

Hi there,
The custom field, what type is it? You could use for example field type "Translated Text". This work similar to for example the short description / description on Catalog Items. You can just fill it out, switch language, update the text... and now it's stored in multiple languages 🙂
The Translated Text table is behind this. Again, if you use Translated Text field type!
If this is actually just a message: then have a look at the UI Message table. You can add your message there, the key being your current message, the value the Message you want for the specific language.
