How to Trnasfer Ownership of Reports and scheduled Reports?

Hi,

I have 20 reports and 5 scheduled reports created by a User(Who is leaving the organisation) wants me to transfer the ownership of his data to another User.

How can I do that?

In report if you have shared the report with the User(Who is leaving the organisation), then change it to you,

Also check in scheduled report if run as field set for that user then change it to you.

Okay. 

Reports created by the User(leaving the organization) if not shared with the user(whom i have to transfer the ownership) should be shared?? That's all ?? That is transferring ownership??

Run as Report should be changed to me. Is it applicable for excel as well??

If it is only for transfer the ownership, then make that report accessible to you .

In scheduled report if you have defined run as for that user then you will change it.
