To update the delivery time that appears in the description of a catalog item within an Order Guide, you’ll need to adjust the values at the execution plan task level. Here’s how:
Open the Order Guide.
From the “Rule Base” related list, select and open the specific Catalog Item.
On the Catalog Item form, scroll to the “Process Engine” section and open the Execution Plan record.
In the Execution Plan record, you’ll see the Total Delivery Time — this is the sum of the delivery times of all related Execution Plan Tasks.
To update it, go to the “Execution Plan Tasks” related list and adjust the Delivery Time on each relevant task.
Once you update the task delivery times, the total delivery time reflected in the catalog item description will update accordingly.
