How to use "Do Transition" action in Flow designer required for JIRA?

Good evening.!
Requirement is, whenever Incident's State is "Closed" in ServiceNow, it should also change the State in JIRA.
We were told by ServiceNow to use "Do Transition" action.
But what should we pass in the "Jira ITME Connection" field ? We have User name and API Key too, what should we pass here? 

Please help.

Is the connection setup done?

Yes, JIRA connection is setup, but need JIRA API. Sure, I will reach out to them.
