Hi Team,
We are using AI search in portal for knowledge articles. I can see "Meta" field is not getting used anywhere in AI search. I get below message in article form that content of meta field is not getting used in AI search.
"AI Search does not index tags you add to the Meta Field. You can configure result improvement rules in AI Search to fine-tune search results".
But when I am configuring result improvement for meta field, I can see we need to hardcode some meta field content in the rule and we cannot simply configure to use meta field as is in AI search. Customer has already added keywords in "Meta" field for all the articles. But with this configuration, it seems it is of no use then.
Can someone help me here to make use of "Meta" field in AI search.

Hi @SANDEEP28 ,
Indexing of meta tags on Knowledge for AI search is supported from San Diego and beyond.
Upgrade customers however may still see the message on the knowledge form when Meta field is added to the knowledge form and is editable.
They may see and info message on the knowledge form that states: "AI Search does not index tags you add to the Meta Field. You can configure result improvement rules in AI Search to fine-tune search results."
This may cause confusion for upgrade customers.
As a workaround for instances on San Diego and Beyond:
1. Go to client scripts
2. Search the client script with sys_id: "fe202d97771710102660ec672b1061d5" and
Description of the client script as : "Display the info message when meta field is present in the form and editable"
3. Turn the Active field for the client script to false.
The info message should disappear.

Hi Sandeep,
I found this content in support article. I don't want to disable this message on article form. I want to make use of "Meta" field content in AI search.
