How to use "Record" workflow activity?

Hi Team,

How to use "Record" activity within workflow?

Im trying to record voice conversation between user and agent over the "Call Center" workflow?

 

Existing workflow has a activity call "Forward to Notify Client" which connects the end user to the agent.

Workflow remains with running status in the above activity until agent/user disconnects the call. 

I want to record the above voice conversation? please guide me how to record that?

If I try to add "Record" activity before or after "Forward to Notify Client"  then workflow gets cancelled. Please refer screenshot attached?

@venkateshdhanap Screenshot is missing but based on your inputs on the above, 

 

Did you try to enable the "Record" option within the "Forward to Notify Client" rather adding a separate activity.
