Hi Ravish,
I found a document HP Service Manager Version 9.33 Web Services Guide pdf which describes the SOAP and REST api's which might be helpful.
It seem that REST api is a recent feature for HP Service Manager, so earlier versions may only support SOAP.
Outbound SOAP and REST from ServiceNow are both possible.
Perhaps someone on this Community has some more insight or advice?
Best Regards
Tony

Hi Ravish,
Check this article:
How to configure restapi in HP Service Manager 9.3... - HP Enterprise Business Community
Incidentally you might find that if create an object in HP Service Manager Integration, you will need to get something back - confirmation or a ticket number perhaps.
Best Regards
