Did you ask them to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Hi @NeethuB

A. Try it Incognito Browser/Private browser ,

If still error persists

B. Validate if any restrictions is set in the List Control settings

  1. Navigate to the REST Message list view.
  2. Right-click the list header and select Configure > List Control.
  3. Ensure the Omit new button checkbox is unchecked.
  4. Verify that the New roles field does not contain roles that the affected administrators lack.

If all good,

C. Verify ACLs (Access Control Lists):
Admins need create access on the REST Message table (sys_rest_message) and the HTTP Methods table (sys_rest_message_fn).

Hi @Tanushree Maiti  & @Ankur Bawiskar ,
We cleared the cache--Still not working
We checked in Incognito ---Still not working
We checked the List Control --its Unchecked--Still not working
Not a Role issue..

Can you guys help me with this..

@NeethuB

since you said some admins are able to create

then did you compare both the users using Access analyzer and see any difference?
