Hyper link added to variable in change form

Hi all .

I have a variable in in change form, it is a string , but below the variable need to populate the hyperlink 

like www.gooogle.com

How can achieve this

1)Navigate to your variable.

2)In Annotation table you have to set Show Help and Always Expanded check box as true.

3)In Instructions you have to paste your link .

Hello @MK21 ,

If you want this on change request form then you should be mentioned as field not variables.

I don't think so this will work for String field but May be you can use URL type of field if you want to store only url.
