Hi @kranthi2
Navigate to System Notification -> Email -> Notifications then apply the filters like Active Is True and Table IS incident.
The other way (difficult one) is to create a Incidents of different priorities and move those Incidents to it's all live cycle. Then observe the logs in System Mail Boxes -> Outbound -> Sent/Outbox to see how many mails are triggered.
Please mark my answer helpful and accept as a solution if it helped 👍✅

Hi - Goto System Notification form application Navigator --> Email --> notification, then filter by giving Table as Incident and active as true and hit Run.
this will filter all incident-related notifications, which are active.

HI @kranthi2 ,
I trust you are doing great.
Just navigate to Email logs.
-
Navigate to System Logs: On the main navigation menu, find and click on "System Logs". This can usually be found under the "System Diagnostics" or a similar section.
-
Access Email Logs: Inside the System Logs, look for an option labeled "Email Logs" or "Sent Emails". Click on this to view the logs of all emails sent by the system.
