Unfortunately there is no support for PDI's , you will just have to wait it out.

It seems there’s an ongoing issue where users are not getting PDI access and are added to a waiting list. Since PDIs are currently not being shipped, you just need to wait, and you will receive your PDI soon.

Try to get a lower version of PDI.
