hi guys, I was given a sys_id but I do not know which record it is for. Is there a way for me to know which one is it? Where are now using a San Diego version of SNow

Hello,
You can search the entire ServiceNow instance, but realistically, if you know the table that the record belongs to then you can simply navigate to that table within your instance, add a filter to list view for Sys ID 'is' and then paste the sys_id and you'll find the record that way.
