Hi,

I have created Service portal, under that placed a "Create and incident" Record producer.

I want to submit the incident only for the "department=network" users, I don't want to enter in the same portal some of the users which are NOT "department= network"

How to restrict the users ?

Let me understand/confirm your requirement do you want to restrict user who are having department value is Network?

What I am interpreting - You do not want to provide and access of the record producer to user who are having department = network?

Please let me know the confirmation then will proceed further.

My requirement is 

 If "Department=Network" users only can enter into my entire service portal which i created for because i created a SP only for "Department=Network" users 

I don't want to enter any one into my SP except "Department=Network" users 

Please help me out how to achieve it

Hi @kranthi2 ,

You can just share the record producer with Network Department users or group from the Available Criteria under Record producer.

This way only network team members will be able to access that record producer on portal & create a incident out of it.

My Requirement is not only for Record producer access.

I have created a Service portal for them, Entire portal access should only for dept=network users.
