Hi,

I have created a Assignment rule which is not working. some of the other rule (or) BR is working on the Record producer please find the below screenshot and help me out how to check or investigate the issue.

It should be KSA Office support as per the assignment rule please find the below Screen.

You have to add script in Record Producer

The prime reason is OOTB assignment rule is running on same order. please check the OOTB rule and updates your's accordingly.
