I'm done and show more options in virtual agent

Hi All,

I am new to Virtual agent. I am having a requirement to add one more option as "New search" along with I 'm done and show more options. But, I am unable to find out where is I'm done and show more are configured. As its OOB , please let me know where I can find the configuration for them and and how can I add one more option as "New Search".

We would like to re-search if my initial search did not provide a result that I could use. So, looking for another option "New Search".

Its coming from "contextual search" topic. you will find step called "user operations". there you can add it.
