I want to add a catalog items on service portal page , i do not want to go for search option, it should be displayed in the home page of Service Portal...This is an Employee Attendance form. 

I have to always search for the item from portal

I would like to directly display it in the home page

I would suggest adding an Icon Link widget onto the page and setting its options as shown below so that it can be used to redirect to the desired catalog item:

Probably the easiest way to access these is to ctrl+right click on the widget in the portal view:

Can you help me with the steps to get this completed, I a not sure to which page this has to directed to.

Following the above
1. All > portal - open Service Portal Configuration

2. Open Designer

3. Pick your page - should be Home

4. Top left, filter to Icon under widgets

5. Drag the Icon Link widget to where you want and then hit Edit
