Need help with the below email notification
I have created an email template in which we are printing some details about the short description , description , type , start and end date .
I also have an mail script which I am using to print the below :
I want to place the below details in a sequence where my first two lines in the email will be a hyperlink

below this will contain the details I am printing in my email template which is short description , description , type , start and end date .
and below it will be the hyperlinks to the approve and reject .
How can I implement this functionality .
