I have created one record producer to generate Interaction record. On that I have fetch the "Phone" variables data to work notes of interaction.
From the interaction we are creating a incident. That time that work notes of "Phone" needs to be updated on the Incident field "Mobile".
First is it possible to cascade the particular data from the work notes to Incident field?
If yes, how can we achieve it.
