I want to hide the Option in my drop down field for Manager role ?

Hi Alll ,

I have a requirement where in my incident form ,I have field name as Priority(dropdown field) with options P1 , P2, P3 , P4 .

From the dropdown field - I want the option for P1 field to be visible only for the users with Manager role .

How can I implement this functionality ?
