If i share a Dashboard then user will not able to see the same Dashboard

Hi,
If I share a Dashboard then user will not able to see the same Dashboard.
Dashboard has 10 reports as mentioned in the below screenshot, if i share the report user is not able to see the reports.
If i share it to the user with all the permissions then user is able to see 0 as mentioned below:
If i check the to click on 0 then i found that one extra condition has been added into it which is not there in my report.
Please let me know how to fix this?

Hi @kranthi2 ,
1) View the dashboard - Note you must have the ability to edit the dashboard
2) Click on the shared option on the top right hand corner of the dashboard
3) Add the required role.
4) Your Users with that role should be able to view that dashboard
Open one of the Reports, click the drop down on Save, and select Sharing. You need to change that to Everyone or Groups/Users and define who can see that report.
If he doesn't see those options, will need to give the roles: report_group and/or report_global

I have done all the 2,3,4 points already
Here the issue is that user will be able to see the report but one extra condition is adding

Very rare case, but is user is checking the correct report. May be 2 reports with samename and very very minor changes.

Yes, user is checking the same report
Actually i had a meeting with user today checked the same by sharing his screen the issue is already there.
Please advise ?
