If i share a Dashboard then user will not able to see the same Dashboard

Hi,

If I share a Dashboard then user will not able to see the same Dashboard.

Dashboard has 10 reports as mentioned in the below screenshot, if i share the report user is not able to see the reports.

If i share it to the user with all the permissions then user is able to see 0 as mentioned below:

If i check the to click on 0 then i found that one extra condition has been added into it which is not there in my report.

Please let me know how to fix this?

Very wired case 😞 May be log a HI case or impersonate user (If not in prod) and check.

 

It may some cache issue, try cache.do

clear browser cache too.

Hi,

It may some cache issue, try cache.do------------can i impersonate that user then perform this ? 

clear browser cache too.: can i impersonated then can i do it ?

As you are admin 

so do cache.do

 

Then If you are not in prod then impersonate with user and check.

I doubt anything else we can do 

 

Hope you checked 

 

ACL on table level 

and if last try to duplicate the correct report and add again in dashboard and shared with user. May be report get corrupted, or

 

Log a HI case.
