Hi,

Please follow the below steps:

1. Open any incident record, Right click on form header and got to Configure->Form design.

2. In left hand navigator, search for field type - List. Drag and drop it on right hand side pane.

3. Give it a name, select the reference as cmdb_ci.

4. Save the form design and reload the incident form.

This is how it will look on form design once you drag the field. Reference you need to fill by yourself.

Once done and saved. Reload the incident form.

Hi There,

You will not be able to do that in Configuration Item field as it is a reference field and can only take one value at a time.

So if you want to achieve your request then you will have to create a new field which should be 'list' type and then you will be add all the affected CIs.

I got it.

Is there an example of such an implementation?
I would be grateful if you could have a screenshot of what the image looks like.

Thanks and Regards,

@ayano

OOB the field holds only 1 value; that is by design

You can link other CIs to this incident using the Affected CIs related list
