If the worknotes contains the word 'confidential' then only assigned to person should view comment

I have one requirement where if the worknotes contains "confidential" then that assigned to person alone should able to see that comment not everyone, please help me to resolve it

I am not sure what is business needs, I think in your previous post I said, that work notes are visible to all ITIL users.

Okay sorry for that, since I'm working in a hrsd module were if a specific case's additional comments contains the word confidential then 'assigned to' person alone should able to see that record but no one else, I just wanted to check whether it is possible

While it is possible to create an access control based on a keyword in a string, it is not the best way.  You could add a new field to the table, and when that field is checked on the record, the access control only allows the "Assigned to" access to view the record.
