Report to show reopened incidents

I am trying to create a report  that will bring back any Incidents that were Resolved/Closed and then reopened by an end user.
 There a way to pull report to show Reopen tickets.

Has anyone else done this? Any thoughts/suggestions?

in my org, they dont have a reopen count. i see only reassignment count and previous state. please help in generating this. thanks
