impacted customers on a incident, problem, change

hi all, 
for our tickets e.g incidents or change we want to be able to register what customers are impacted with the incident or change. 
I see some standard related lists for affected locations, affected groups. 
but non for companies

Any one facing the same issue and how did you solve that part?

as a follow up we would like some automation behind that as there is a funtion to refresh the impacted services
so when you have here the impactes service offers that are subscribed by a customer that should here be the base for the affected customer list.
