I am trying to import a word document with images and I have used shapes to point to specific items. When I go to import, I lose the shapes. I am looking to import multiple documents, so I am hoping with Tokyo there will be more capabilities.
I did find this article: Solved: Formatting issues with Import from Microsoft Word - ServiceNow Community however, saving the images locally and re-adding them will be too time consuming.
