In ATF Validate Outbound Email Generated by Notification is not working

Hi,

In ATF Validate Outbound Email Generated by Notification is not working. even though i have given the correct conditions as well.

If i will check that Email notifications are generating manually, even i checked in ATF created Case as well it is not working step is failing.

the user with whom you are performing that test may not be having read access to email logs table

OR

try to use "Record Query" on email log table

ATF "Validate Outbound Email Generated by Notification" step failing randomly

also check this link

--I have created a ATF user at the beginning and given the Admin role as well

 

try to use "Record Query" on email log table

ATF "Validate Outbound Email Generated by Notification" step failing randomly

 

Can you please elaborate the solution where can i use the Record query and what conditions so i need to use
