In Flow designer how to implement Use mutual authentication for any rest Message/ HTTP method

Hello,

I want to implement rest message "Use mutual authentication" check box for Authentication with other 3rd party system in flow designer without Basic/Oauth 2.0/No Auth in rest message/HTTP Method. Kindly let me know if any steps do we have to fix the issue.
