IN SCTASK Actives only half part is coming

Hi All,

 

I have one query when end user raised ticket from SP and ITIL user work on that, I am facing 1 issue in SCTASK,

When some one add table in description it is covering full table but in Activity part only half table is coming. please let me know the solution.

Because the activity log isn't meant for this. Question is also: you have the table in the description, why do you need it in the activity log as well?
