Hello , I want to complete the ServiceNow Platform Implementation course  . I had a doubt that when I'm redirecting to the now create portal , automatically It redirecting to best practise course , how can i get rid of this ? how can i get redirect to now create portal ?

yes, That is expected behavior, mate. Since 5th Dec, ‘Create’ has now been moved under Best Practice.”

The documentation for ServiceNow Platform Implementation is incorrect and the success pack it references is hard to find, if it exists at all.

Hi @Ryan_F,

The platform evolves faster than the university classes, and some documents can be updated. On the Best Practices page, you simply select the module you want to implement and obtain all the available artifacts. The Best Practices landing page is actually better organized compared to the previous version.
