Hi,

In the portal how to put attachment ribbon on top instead of bottom.

I want to put the Attachment ribbon should be on the top instead of bottom is it possible to place it in the top

Please help me out how to configure the same.

the 1st screenshot is for the form view and it shows the paper-clip icon at bottom OOB.

the 2nd screenshot is for record producer or catalog item

Which image are you referring?

You might have to customize the form widget which I won't recommend as you will have to clone it etc.

You would have to perform significant customisation to the widgets to achieve your required outcome. An alternative is that you can use the attachment variable type on your Create Incident record producer which would make the attachment position more prevalent.
