Inbound action failed

Hello All,

We have an inbound action configured to copy the email body into the work note, but it has failed for some records. This is especially puzzling since the condition seems to be satisfied. I’d appreciate your help in identifying the reason for the failure, and also understanding how we can retrigger the inbound action for the affected records.

Here is the inbound action condition:

Here is the log:

2025-08-29 02:05:30 (677) worker.1 worker.1 txid=dfdc0e973b2f SysLog EMAIL.75dc82db2bef6a50454dfdb36e91bf34: Skipping script 'Update Demand with Worknotes', condition 'subjectLIKEhas a new worknote^subjectLIKEDemand^subjectNOT LIKEAutomatic reply:^EQ' failed

Thank You

Hi @Kartik Magadum,

2 quick debug tips:

  • change the condition to be only one-liner
    • always keep just one and remove the two remaining
    • re-test one by one to see if each of them is valid
    • eventually try to combine 2 conditions and then all 3...
  • copy the query and apply the condition in the email logs

You said it failed for some records, do you see any pattern in that?

You can retrigger it in the email logs, but not sure if you can do after failure... it would be possible if it was ignored.

Let me know if you have any progress
