inbound action

i have a email template:

Template Name: test
Request Type: test1
Comments: test2

i have to set type and comments in a separate variables and i m writing an inbound action on sc_req_item.

How to do this?

Hi @juhisinha ,

You are talking two different thing.

You are writing an inbound action to update the ritm right? and once it will update email will trigger which has email templates right?

On that case just you need to set the variable value on ritm rest email will take care.
