Inbound email Action to capture approval for RITM in a request.

Hi All,

I have a requirement that a request will have multiple RITM which are awaiting for a particular manager approval.

I have configured notification for the REQ on sc_request table to be triggered to approver, once the approve replies to approval email all the RITM under the REQ should be marked as approved.

Can someone help me with the inbound email action for this.

Greetings Sanvi,

 You have approvals on RITM's - but are sending a notification for a REQ to an 'approver' - which they are using email to reply to and approve/reject? Why are you generating approvals on the RITM's if you are not going to use them? The default REQ approval process should handle the rough requirements you have outlined here.
Please provide additional clarity if I misunderstood.

Hi Andrew,

I am going to use the approvals for RITM, its just when the requests are ordered in bundles the manager rather than going and approving to RITM can approve the REQ bundle itself by replying to an email. 

Hop you understood what i am trying to achieve.
