Inbound email reply

Hi all, we are sending mails to outside vendors. When they reply it needs to be captured in the ritm(catalog items). How to do this?

Design an Inbound with Type as Reply and give the necessary condition to recognize the Incoming Email

 

Eg : Subject CONTAINS ABC 

To Contains ZYZ@ZYZ.com 

Accordingly it Updates
