Hi, I was playing around with something and seem to have messed up the form which opens with incident.do
Right now, its opening the "Notes[inbox view]. How do i set it back to open Incidents? I have another instance from where i can XML import as needed, however I'm researching what to import -- or how to fix it
Any inputs anyone?

Hi,
Did you perhaps delete the default view? or just switch to a view that only has a notes section?

No the default view is still there... I workaround this by specifying which view to open by setting up a view rule on the incidents table
However, I still want to know, if anyone has the answer as to where is the functionality configured which opens up the default view when incident.do is entered in filter of left hand nav

What is the difference between .do and .form commands in ServiceNow?
