You can type notifications on Filter Navigator, under "System Notification" you will see Email and Notifications. Click on Notifications. Search for "Incident Resolved" notification and deactivate It. (I assume you use out of box notifications)

Hi @John H1 ,

  1. Navigate to All > System Notification > Email > Notifications.
  2. Click New.
  3. Fill in the fields at the top of the Notification form, as appropriate.
  4. And Select  table Incident Send when to Record Inserted (or) Updated and Select Updated Checkbox
  5. Select condition State is Closed.
  6. And  Add Users(or) groups that you need to send.
  7. Add content in HTML section

If I could help you with your Query then, please hit the Thumb Icon and mark it as Correct !!
