Hi all, my organization wants to hire a large number of people this year and is looking to ServiceNow automation to help lessen the manual load of the following pre-onboarding tasks. We recently acquired an IntegrationHub Enterprise license so we have a lot of functionality to play around with, but I wanted to see what other companies use to accomplish these tasks.
In order of importance:
- Account provisioning (Active Directory, Google, Azure, etc)
- Granting permissions (in Active Directory primarily)
- Hardware/software requests
