Incident List View modification for ITIL user

I have to modify incident list view for ITIL user. How can I do that and capture it in my update set?

Hi @abhisek ,
You need to configure list layout and modify columns for ITIL view. After that you have to save it. It will be captured in your current selected updated sets.
You can migrate this update sets to next targeted instances.

After impersonating to ITIL I am able to modify list view from list layout but will it be captured in my update set as I have impersonated to ITIL user?

Hi,
If you impersonate user and change list layout then it is user specific change i.e personalization.
If you configure list layout using admin role then it is configuration applicable for all users.

No. The personalize list view is only available for the user profile. It will not be captured in your update sets.
You need to Configure list layout through the column header.
