How find minor incident in service now

There is no concept called minor incident in ServiceNow. or in other words, an incident which is not Major , counted as Minor.
So go to Incident and filter the incident based on Major incident state, if state is Accepted or propose, it is major else minor

All incidents can be located here:
For "minor" incidents, this is not a phrase/statement utilized in ServiceNow or according to ITIL. You instead have incidents or major incidents. in the ALL menu item, you can see all incidents and their respective priority.
